We want you to love your Mint Velvet purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier from our available options, including local drop-off points or scheduled home collections.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging with tags attached, and affix the generated returns label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Track and Refund

  Once your parcel is scanned at the drop-off point, you can track its journey back to our warehouse where your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
